# fillforward

> A pre-launch Boulder, CO pilot for kombucha on tap from a kegerator that lives in a neighbor's garage. Kegs ship direct to the host neighbor. Members walk over and fill their own glass growlers. Members pay a membership fee (not set; nothing is collected yet). Hosts keep an allowance from each keg (terms not final). Planned as a worker-owned co-op that is not yet formed. Nothing is for sale.

## The model, in five lines
- A kegerator lives in a host neighbor's garage.
- Kombucha kegs ship direct to that host.
- Neighbors who are members come by and fill their own glass growlers at the tap.
- Members pay a membership fee. It is a membership, not a store and not per-pour sales. The fee is not set and nothing is collected yet.
- Hosts keep an allowance from each keg. The terms are not final and no amount is set.

- Note that a person could host a tap (same email-only form, source "fillforward_host_interest"). It is a note of interest, not a commitment or an application.
- Nothing else. There is no ordering, no checkout, no payment, no account, and no tap open to the public yet.

## What it is not
- Not for sale: no kombucha, membership or growler can be bought, and this site takes no payment.
- Not a store and not per-pour sales.
- Not a claim about what is allowed: we are working out what is allowed for a garage tap in Boulder.
- Not a health product. The site makes no health claims about kombucha.
- Not a formed co-op: worker-owned is the plan; no equity has been issued.
